How It Works ?
  • If you have any complaints related to the schemes mentioned in left, then dial 155335 from your mobile/Telephone
  • Call Center Executive will receive your complaint and will registered the complaint then you will be provided with a ticket number
  • System will forward your complaint to respective Officer for action. Also a copy will be sent to Higher Official.
  • After verification officers updates the status in sanjog Helpline. Call to call center or access to website to know the complaint status.

  • What is Sanjog Helpline::
    (sanjoghelpline.odisha.gov.in) is an IT solution which informs about the grievance of a citizen to the right authority in real time via SMS, email. Sanjoghelpline ensures that the grievance is disposed by the use of ICT which automatically tracks and pursues the status of grievance with the action taking authority, to update the database either through return SMS, email or from the web portal. If no action is initiated, the ICT tool automatically escalates the complaint to the seniors of the Action taking Authorities. Sanjoghelpline.in has built in MIS for administrators to identify the performance of their offices and officers there in for taking preventive actions.
